I was out of Waiks and into my new Ala Moana place in a single day. I took an extra day to do the cleaning at the old place so I could get my deposit back. Moving from a 250 sq ft unit to a 450 sq ft unit....its kinda nuts to have all this extra space.
But I think the next move will be to a place I purchase. This will probably (I hope) be my last place I rent. Now I am looking to see if a nice 1 br 650-700 sq ft unit goes up for sale below 200k in a decent building...I can wait.
