Mods - I hope this is OK to post here. I couldn't find an "events" section, but wanted to get the word out about our cruises. Let me know if this is against the rules, or the wrong place. Thanks in advance.
The Paradise Cruisers - Hawaiian Island Hotrods are kicking off thier Summer Cruise series with a short, no-stop cruise, from the Waipio Soccer Park to Kualoa for a small BBQ. Any and all makes and models are welcome to join up. The cruise route will take you from Waipio to H2 - down to H1 - over to the H3 - up and over to Like Like - onto Kahakili - switch to Kamehameha Hwy - on to Kualoa. Meet time is 9:00 am - leave at 10:00 am. The BBQ should be pau at around 4 or 5 pm.
This is not our normal "round-da-island" cruises we are known for. Just something a little different that we used to do occasionally back when we did 10 cruises a year in the '90s. If you plan to eat, make sure to bring alittle something for everyone. If not, you can bring your own lunch, or pick up something on the way. We will have a few coolers and at least one grill going, but we can't provide food and drinks for all that attend. This is "pot luck" style, but all are welcome. If you just want to cruise, that's fine to.

There will be two more cruises this summer, including the July 30th cruise. Last year we had well over 250 cars. Let's hope this is as much a success as that one was. Flyers will be handed out at the Soccer Park with the route, leave times, and who the lead cars are so we don't have the same confusion as last year :rolleyes: . Hope to see you all there!
