Hey, maybe you can make it into a HT Tech Day or something.

My recent engine swap (nothing exotic, just replacing older oil spitting engine with newer version) was a Miata Club of Hawaii Tech Day project. Really learned a lot, not just me but the other fella's helping/hanging out too.

Hmm...that's an idea, actually. I mean...but I don't exactly know a huge amount about them, completly. I'm playing it by ear for the most part, although I've got the factory repair manual, and a couple DVDs I'm reading and watching.

I was planning on doing it next week...it's here...just waiting to be plopped back into the car. I have to pick my parts up and clean them first, which I'm doing on Saturday.

Anybody else down for this?
