OMB stuff: BOSOZOKU Revisited

While I was back in Kamakura this month, I was somewhat gladdened to hear some decent BOSOZOKU running around the Route 134 late at night and at speed. When I was living in Tokyo during the mid 90's, BOSOZOKU had degenerated into bunch of guys running around on scooters, at slow speed, and in some cases blasting big bike sounds over loudspeakers. Sigh...

My friends tell me, however, that a lot of the current BOSO groups are indeed actually comprised of old farts like us. I think someone already mentioned that here in HT.

Oh yeah if some's got a region-free DVD player, lets have another OMB get together.

Reason: I just picked up a 2 DVD set about Nissan's factory efforts during the Africa Safari Rally series 1967 - 1970.

Note: I leave 9/4, though, for Seattle.

Pretty good. Just been computer challenged for a while. All my stuff shipped out a couple months ago. While I was in Saipan, if I wasn't studying I was ... well, lets just say there are better things to do at night in Saipan than going to an internet center!

Plus, at my Mom's house in Kamakura the nearest internet place was in Fujisawa, about 20 minutes away by car. More if by bus/train combo.
