I have a friend who recently purchased a "Mera":

Now, the car this sold as new car rebody is on a well rusted chassis. He does have another Fiero in good shape he would like to transfer all the skins onto.
Will this create a problem on the registration/safety side?

This car was also recently auctioned off at an AV auction and has all C&C paperwork... or should I call "The guy" and ask?
I hate to see this car go to waste... its pretty unique.
