With my 30D how do I adjust it so the sky stays blue or so that I can adjust it to where I want it?
I've taken night pics that look like its day time. Haven't been able to figure this one out yet.

A few ways you can obtain this.
1 - Use photoshop and saturate the sky blue while bringing the foreground back to something not so saturated.
2 - Shoot manual with a polarizing filter. But there's more to know on just slapping it on. Here's some information - HERE (http://www.luminous-landscape.com/tutorials/polarizers.shtml)

^^ true and true
thats a manual exposure w/ a polarizer at about 18mm. Not to saturated in ps though. You can under expose a little in manual and bring it back up in ps to bleed more color in sometimes. Just shoot and have fun!! :)
