Rip Off!

I just want to let everyone that reads this to know, if they have a VW that needs repair, do not take it to Volks German! They will rip you off big time and charges the same as the dealer from what Warren at Volks German just told me.
Here is what I had them do, change a water pump and thermostat. The charge $668.87!
I could not do it myself because of the lack of time, hence I did not bother to call anyone else since the car was already towed the VG.
So learn from my lesson and avoid VG, you just as well take it to the Dealer and get the dealer warranty and OEM parts.

Too bad I didn't have the time to do it myself or I would have. I just needed the fixed asap for my son and I asked if they would reconsider the price and it was no way!

They are located on Ilaniwai St. When I went there to pick up my car as told them again they were ripping me off, and their reply is the do not rip off anyone! The went with the book at 4.5 hrs @ $90 + the parts. I told them I don't car what book they went by, I know it doesn't cost $668 to change out a water pump and thermo!
Oh well, lessons in life I should have never towed it there. At least the tow job was free!
