Yeah...still not finished though. Yoherz fixed the EXP, and I've been doing the HP and Gil, trying to work it out. It's only up to monster 54, so unless you like fighting for 0EXP, if you get that far before I finish it, just relax a bit. :D

I didn't expect to have anything like that completed yet, as the past week was simply testing and working on the monsters. Once I've completed all the stats for the monsters, I'll work on adding options like that in. Thanks guys!

What is a shield for? I thought it would increase your defensive stats, but it shows up as a fight option so is it only good for actively defending? Or is it still a passive defensive bonus?

AFAIK, it's passive defense plus the ability to absorb damage. Useful for opposing limit breaks.

shields are useful in battle...
as a last resort they can be thrown when your weapon breaks. ;)

If it shows up in the battle as "Use your (insert shield name here)" then you can use it as a turn and have a good chance of stopping damage from the opponent, or simply reducing it.

Once you get past 50, the monsters get kinda ridiculous...I'm working on the Special Attacks right now...that'll enable you to take on the level 70 and above monsters. I'm fighting one now with a Special Attack, and it's taken 2 FULL HEALS already to get him down to 1/4 his health. I imagine fighting Atma will end up taking quite a bit of time.

Personally, for me, the challenge is to beat the monsters that are 2 levels above you. If you can do that, you're a strategic badazz.

Heh. Since the sell is disabled, I had to put something in that would allow you to fight with a base of 0...I'll be adding armors and spells next. For people that want to go barehanded or whateverz during the PVP, etc.

no just reset it and it'll take you back to whatever your post count/longevity sets your char at. Hopefully you didn't spend any money on items because you'll lose them...

yup u gotta reset..u lose all the items u bought and start from scratch, but ur lvl will be how it was before...it wont be 0.

i started at around 24 or so today. u lvl fast :)

Yeah...zero out. You've already got 0 inventory...it won't reset your character back to level 0...it'll just reset your character class. ;)

Would be neat if you could level up into special classes. Just like in Final fantasy where the thieves would level up into Ninjas and fighters into Samurais etc... Each class could have a special class that only certain number of players can reach. Once that is full no one else could become that or something.

Final boss of.....either FFIV or FFVI. I can never remember.

Yup. Though, it's not about gil. If you fight something that strong, it's to get +20% exp to your level. :sun_smiley:
