wtf? isnt there a law that has been broken by this?
FEMA creates a news conference, but w/o any journalists. Several FEMA staff pretend to be journalists and ask silly questions.
The real journalists are only allowed to listen in by phone.:thumbsdown:

I'm guessing because of how poorly they handled Katrina...they were afraid of negative feedback for the California fires.
Yeah and at first when I was reading it...it sounded absolutely insane, something that would only happen in a totalitarian state, like the former USSR.
I am glad someone got fired...but I am dissapointed only ONE guy got fired and it was just one of the staffer's who pretended to be a journalist. No senior staffers were fired.

wow...that would be like firing the janitor because because the building's infrastructure was poor!!! its like changing the drain plug for the engine when the seals are whats leaking!!!
