only thing that's a crime is that gold lambo and he's a punk kid... must have the gold ropes and medalllions to match it... :D
food for thought...
while this is highly illegal and dangerous, wondering how this is different than the mr chiba wangan or smoky nagata vids? nobody really calls them idiots...

not much, except, the road conditions in where smoky does his are much better- european, and japanese roads, where people on the roads are already going 100+, not 55.

sad, the only nice highways in the US are in places like houston, parts of florida, nevada, utah... colorado at best was marginal... 140 starts to feel sketchy on those highways...

I can understand speeding a little bit. It's kind of hard not to when you're driving a car like that. But setting speed records on public roads is just plain stupid. They're lucky they managed to do that without killing anyone. If you're going to fool around with your car, keep it off the streets.

There was a vid (since removed) that shows him in the Merc going 80 MPH into a curve, and almost clipping a Grand Am coming into the turn.
Looks like the Arizona Media got wind of it.

30 years ago i hit 150 on h1 . My friend in the lead car(VW) said when i past him his car swayed a few inches .
If you have a car made to go high speeds , the car feels "GLUED" to the road the faster you go(the down force is great).
I think about how i drove when i was young..... NUTS.
Then again, 30 years ago, you could go almost anywhere and there was enough empty road to stretch out like that. It hasn't been that way in ages.

+1 for late PM and early, early AM when there is no traffic, if you are going to play... don't make others pay when you play...
more playing in traffic'd areas and a near miss...
