reminds me of the time i was this close --> <-- to buying a corvette. it was red, iirc it was a 89' with 86,000 miles. the seats were all torn up but it was sexy. $8,000 was what i was willing to pay.. they wanted $9,200. i almost bought it because i caught major wood just looking at the thing.

my mom bought a corvette, i think it was a 2000 model, the payments were like $900 a month! LOL!

even if it was automatic I did slam it a little to see how fast it would go.

Lets just say that at 3k RPM I was doing 100mph and the car redlines at 6.5k RPM.

i drove a 02 z06 the last month. came in for lack of power. i didnt think so hahaha. but after scanning for DTCs the cats had to be replaced. that thing was wicked fast.
