"The engine is a small block chevy 383 cu. in. It has and Eagle 4340 crank, Eagle forged H-beam rods with ARP L19 rod bolts, JE severe duty blower pistons, Hellfire rings, Cometic head gaskets, custom Comp Cams hydraulic roller blower cam, Custom hand ported Dart Pro 1 aluminum cylinder heads, ARP head studs, Comp Cams Pro Magnum roller rockers, and an Edelbrock Vector EFI manifold. The engine will run a Big Stuff 3 ECU and a Procharger D1 supercharger"

I suppose the "RS" on the back panel is supposed to stand for this Roger Status?

Unfortunately, most Camarophiles are going to look at the car and laugh while dismissing it as a fake RS.:thumbsdown: "Hey, that guy tried to fake an RS but was so stupid he forgot about the hidden headlights.":insane:

i can understand that about restorations and resto-mods, but most pro-touring cars are bits and piece builds of what the buyer or builder likes about the specific model plus modern updates...

Of course the purists are going to choke; any restorer (like freeride said) would cringe at inaccurate badging and inconsistency with keeping with type.

But from a pure rodder's standpoint; wow! Reminds me of the 60's TransAm cars with a modern touch. Too bad it din't have a Z/28 spoiler on the back. But to each their own. Still nice car.
