I saw this today.

There also a GT500 on the other flatbed truck behind this one. Im guessing it was a GT500 because of the badge on the side and a different look from the one in the photo.

I dont know what kind of Ford this one is. (truck in front)

I'm not an expert in cars, but it looks like a Shelby to me from what I can tell--maybe an older one? Perhaps someone else who knows their cars can tell you for sure...I'd ask Sailor, but he's not home--he would know though.

69 Mustang Fastback...

It may have been being transported to the big-boys show for the weekend

Cool. If they have a GT500 in the same color there with mainland plates then, yes, those where the cars.

Whoops.... Based on the front nose and tail thats not a true GT500... just a fastback...

Yep. I wanted to show the car that was on one trailer - and the trailer that I missed the photo op. on.

I was going to the same thing that Rob said...they aren't the same cars. The one on the flatbed has a wing and tail lights that are outlined in chrome (?)...the one from the show does not.

I think I saw the one on the flatbed yesterday though...I was coming home from Ward Center and saw a car that was exactly like it! But it turned on to the street that goes between Home Depot and Best Buy off of Nimitz Rd. If I hadn't been in a hurry to get home, I would have followed it to find out what kind of car it is.

The second car appears to be a GT500... but without seeing the nose, the vin and the trim tag you'll never know

My bad. But I provide the following excuses.

1) Im 33 years old. And I was getting tired after working 2 jobs.
2) My camera phone sucks.
3) The Hooters Bikini contest was about to start.

The first pic, first thing came to mind was Mach1, but it's hard to tell...

The second one, looks like a Shelby (Tail-lights, and the Cobra emblem between the tail-lights)...but without seeing the VIN, it's hard to tell.
Probably 428. I remember my uncle had a '70 Ranchero with the same 428/shaker motor. That thing had some MAJOR torque.
