Anyone like STi's? I have one for my daily driver

Hello,

Stuart here again. I guess not many people
drift subarus so that's why there aren't many
subaru posts...!!

I bought a white JDM (of course, I live in Japan)
Version 4 Sti Impreza in summer this year. And
I love it to death. It's a little rough on the street
and chews the juice a little but the power and
sound is awesome.

Over here in Japan, there are heaps of WRX drifters.
Maybe one day when it's a bit older and got more
money, I'll turn mine into a drifter!! Can't wait!

Don't they disable the front half of the drivetrain to do that? I mean - essentially turning their AWD car into just RWD?

Yer, they boys here that drift in Impreza's
cut the front drive shafts clean off at the hub!

I have heard of a switch you can use to
change it from AWD to FR but don't exactly
know...might be just BS!

Sure would love to see more drift Imprezas though!

Isn't that like switch in the middle

My sti has that I can go from all wheel to just rear or different ratios

anyway I love subby I will never buy another none subby car again.....until I get my porsche

Subarus are nice cars...I think the drivetrain on my WRX sucks azz though. It feels like I'm driving a deuce & 1/2 sometimes. Blah.
