Beware the airport viaduct

I saw a headline in one of yesterday's papers how the Sheriff's Dept will now have the authority to issue speeding tickets on stretches of freeway within their jurisicition. You KNOW they are going to be itching to issue some tickets and up their revenue, so I'd be REAL careful on the airport viaduct from here on out. Any other freeway stretches w/i SD jurisdiction?

There should be none. That's all handled by HPD...but just the fact that they're allowing them to do the airport viaduct is kinda shocking. I would imagine that this lasts for about a week or two before SHOPO starts screaming.

Warning though - there are a *lot* of Sheriff's squad cars down at the airport. Lots of guys sitting around with nothing to do.

my parents and i went to test drive a car at infinity and the guy said they pull over alot of people test driving cars on lagoon drive (i think??)...well, one of the long roads behind the airport...
