the license plate is 312-XGX.

he said the bike was there when he left for work in the morning. when he got home at 9:45 pm--gone.

well. we should start with finger tips..
otherwise they'll cry 'handicapped' and we'll have to give them 'assistance' monies forever everily after...

how about if they're caught, they need to pay back twice
whatever monetary value that they stole.
if they stole a motorcycle... they need to give back one exactly like it
AND a monetary equivalent.

(and get their pinky tip cut off? or would the double payback rule be enough?)

no, i'm going to see if he brought me any pics i can post up. poor guy, he looked pretty bummed yesterday.
