Reflections attract bugs, and I think I know who the winner is for shiny car:

Thanks for the comments!

I am using a Canon Digital Rebel XT with the kit 18-55mm lens. Just a beginner setup. I'd like to buy a better lens but I'm stuck between spending money on my car and on camera equipment haha.

How far apart are you doing the exposures? I have an XTi and use the auto-bracketing feature set at the widest setting, but your pics come out way nicer. Maybe I need to expose my pics farther apart. How many pics do you take for each shot?

I am doing the widest as well (+/-2). Its just 3 exposures, I'm too lazy to do 5 haha.

What program are you using to do the merges?

I posted some higher resolution versions of these pics on my deviantart. Feel free to check them out.

What program are you using to do the merges?Photomatix Pro 3.0. You?

Yep, photomatix 3.0 and photoshop for color correction and dodge/burning.

Wow that's a great photoshoot although I'd prefer a lot less altering of the images.

Thanks! Yeah I'm getting a little tired of all the HDR's haha. The next shoot will probably just be regular exposures.....if the weather permits.
