It's kind of like macross but the people from the heroic tribe transform into a nodos. They can fight for days on end, they have enough power to destroy whole planets, miniputale time, regenerate even from death and don't need a ship to survive or move through outer space unlike sayans.

Dragon ball Z is definitely too fast and powerful for street fighter. In DBZ they were able to reach supersayan 2. The last fight with gohan and cell showed the kamehameha blast shooting through the planet from an outer space perspective because it was so huge. In fact master roshi took out the moon with a kamehameha wave in the first series dragonball during a tournament and he is probably the weakest of them all. Imagine destroying the moon with an energy wave while standing on earth. No street fighter character has that much power. Sorry the whole street fighter would be PWNd by just one of the characters in DBZ.

It's a biased decision not based on seeing heroic age also. I have seen all of DB,DBZ and GT.

i remember times like that. i used to play against guys in their 20's or in highschool when i was in the 4th grade and i would lay the beat down on them. best part is that they would try because my brother was known as being a badass at all fighting games. i don't think i've ever seen him lose any of those times, even when we flew to oahu he never lost. that was 11 years ago or so

I tried playing on the SNES and had a hard time doing simple combos when the guy is in stars (ie. jumping punch, standing punch, dragon punch, etc...)

I've been watching Heroic Age (I've found Anime is great to watch while doing some LPC training).

Based on what I saw I think DBZ may stack up against them. The time travel Nodos would be tricky, she is able to jump through time to find the one spot when she can kill the enemy, although she has limited number of tries, and she has to guess when that time will be. So in the show, she keeps trying and trying, but the enemy keeps either avoiding her attacks or gets hit but doesn't die. In the end, time energy blows her up...

But other then that, they a pretty much the standard monsters. Big, strong, can blow up planets with their energy blast etc... Similar to DBZ, but DBZ appears faster and quicker which would probably be the deciding factor. UNLESS the Nodos go into a frenzy which is what happens when they lose their mental control and go crazy. Then they'd probably beat the DBZ guys because they become pretty much unstoppable without some type of mental attack (sort of like the enraged hulk).

^^^^correct. saiyans don't seem to need to breathe oxygen because of that episode which showed a crapload of them floating in space. unless they can hold their breath forever, but then pressure would get to them and boom or something like that

Then why is is that even in super sayan mode being easily able to beat Freiza when no other sayan could lift a finger to him. Goku still needed the aid of a starship to escape Planet Namek. In the battle scene with the sayans and freiza the sayans had their planet at their back with Freiza in space in front them. More than likely the sayans were just in the upper atmosphere creating a blockade to stop freize. This is when freiza totally destroyed the sayans home planet and no sayan could do a thing about it. So you are telling me that they could all breathe in space yet Goku who easily defeated freiza in super saiyan mode was too dumb of his powers to just fly off into outer space. He actually was going down into a volcano with freza's ship when he caught a glimpse of captain ginyu's ship falling pass him. In freiza's ship he actually thought he was going to die.

The Bardock one has when Freeza is fighting the Saiyans in space. I think one of the Brolly movies has him being shot into the sun (while he's flying through space he's not dying from any exposure to pressure/heat/lack of air). I gotta go back to the GT thing, haven't watched it for a while.
