i know a lot of people have told me stories about this one cop in the area driving a marked cruiser...all of them had the same stories how one cop would bust out Yelling right at them and bust out all kine recon fines except he doesnt know what hes really talking about some items werent recon items.... like body kit isnt a required item but you can list it on your recon sheet. lawls....

one of the guys on another forums got pulled over near punahao ...was getting off the freeway never seen the cop pacing him at any time... cop tagged/paced him for going 55 up a off ramp 25mph but the problem is nobody was following him. only stopped him 2 stop lights down .... and starting yelling at him why u speeding in my district ! slapped him with a recon ticket and told him dont come around here again this is my district.

I don't know, dropping a car here in Hawaii = rough ride, more damage to bottom of your vehicle......our roads are so shitty it's not even feasible to lower a car. I did that, went back to stock after a couple of months. Plus less hassle from a Recon Nazi!!!!
