I'm contemplating seeing it...but honestly, I know how it ends, and to be honest...I'm not too keen on watching real-life misery...it's the same reason i didn't see Passion of the Christ in the movie theater.
What do you guys think? :tribe:

This movie just doesn't seem in good taste to me. It's only been 5 years since the actual event, but they have a movie of it already? Seems like someone's been standing on one leg with a script ready to go as soon as they hit the 5 year mark so that it wouldn't be too close to the actual event.
Or, maybe this is the ultimate slap in the face to the terrorists... they use terrorism to strike against us and in turn, America capitalizes on their terrorism by making it into a movie that millions of Americans will go see and purchase on DVD. Not only that, I'm sure that terrorists and their sympathizers will also go see this movie (generating even more ticket revenues). The terrorist plot has given the capitalist pigs yet another way to make millions of dollars. Haha! F- you terrorists. Ka-ching!

ROFL...never thought of it that way...but yeah...it does seem like someone was just waiting to make bank.
If they do the Twin Towers movie...I don't see how they could be anymore horrific than the stuff that's already on tape. :(

Hopefully this movie doesn't portray terrorists in a sympathetic light, such as that movie Munich did. Sometimes I just frickin' hate Hollywood.

Nah, going to pass on that one. Don't need someone making a buck (or a million) off of that 9/11 stuff.

Yeah. Come to think of it, where are the movies about our guys kicking serious okole in Afghanistan and Iraq? Heck, "30 Seconds Over Tokyo" was out almost as soon as the Doolittle's Raiders' mission was over.
