Might have already seen it as it's been posted on FH, before, but I saw it on NC.org, so I figured I'd share. Apparently, the EVO owner is getting sued by the NSX & G35 guy, although honestly, it's not his fault they parked so close to the track. I don't see how he could be held responsible for something that happened on a road course.

Anyone else agree?

not his fault.. They were parked within 15 feet of the track... people lose control of cars when running laps all day. accidents do happen.. :crazydriver:

Serves them right for being stupid enough to park that close to the track. Heck, even for Solo 2 speeds a 75 foot minimum is specified.

Hopefullt whatever waiver was signed applies to all participants, not just the event organizers.

LOL when the music starts you can tell the instructor is totally *****ing at him for stopping like that on a HOT SESSION. She grabs his steering wheel and you can tell she is totally scolding him for doing such a bonehead move. He almost lost it on the first corner as well.

*accidentally edited your post instead of mine...whoops! I don't know my own mod powers!*

Yeah...I caught that as well, at first I was like...why the hell is there so much music. He would have done fine, if he just would have left the sound off..hah.

THEN AGAIN...maybe she was yelling at him, because he was catching it on film, and that she was one of the organizers? Uh ohhhhh!

Just call me Sherlock Holmes. :lildevil:
