ATTN Riders: Helmet survey

I'm currently enrolled at HPU's Elementary Statistics class and have to do a real life survey to show the mathematical relationship between data. I'd appreciate it if you all could help me out by answering the questions on this survey regarding helmets. Please post your replies for your responses to the questions or send me a PM. If you have other family members/spouses/partners/close friends that ride, you can complete a separate survey for them as well. The more data I collect, the better my results. I'll need to complete my paper in the next 2 weeks so if you can complete this as soon as possible I would appreciate it. Thank you so much for your help!

The purpose of gathering information in this survey is to give one of more students of the Spring Semester 2007 Elementary Statistics at Hawaii Pacific University an opportunity to learn the use of the Chi Square Test of Independnece, a hypothesis commonly used in basic resarch.
