I thought it was decent...predictable, but it definetly had a ton of exciting stuff going on. They could have done more with the cast...but I don't think it was as bad as everyone said it was. It was definetly worth seeing in the theater simply because of the awesome action scenes...I didn't think it was a waste of my money.

Managed to see the original on TV recently. It was a little sad, but also kinda awkward at the end. Wonder how it compares to that, besides the obvious special effects and stuff.

Oh well, I'll wait for this new on to come out on DVD cause DaVinci code is getting my money :wiggle:

Having spent 20 years in the Navy, I still have kind of a dread of movies where the main point is a ship sinking. Still haven't seen Titanic, for example.

I didn't really like it because of the fact that it was so predictable. And the acting wasn't exactly Oscar worthy. it was an ok movie. I coulda waited for it to air on CBS or something..
