Im hearing from word on the street that the Renesis is only good for up to 400hp. Supposedly RP has been doing a lot of testing with a clients car, and he's gone through $50k (im not making that figure up) in motors, trying to have a 400+whp daily driver.

This is very saddening.

I think i might be able to get away with it, if i run on low boost most of the time, and also since i barely ever drive my car. We'll see :D

Sad to say, I think that's the truth...the Renesis' design isn't geared towards turbo applications. There's a limit.

But then again...a reliable 350HP RX-8 doesn't sound that bad at all to me. :)

Right now im at 300whp, the cost to get to 400whp is pretty high
(new turbo, new intercooler, fuel upgrades = about $2500)

I think id rather just buy a PS3 and a new TV instead.

If Gabe sells you all his games, and movies with the PS3 AND tv....thats a good deal. :toofless:
