...and He certainly heard my prayers, and complaints.


We have a major reorganization of our management team, that is, without putting too much out on my blog, an answer to my prayers. I certainly see a culture "shift" on the horizon, and it's only going to be for the better.


In other news... it was leaked out at our Practicum with 30 other pastors, their spouses, and half our staff present, but I have a new assignment on the horizon... we are going to forge ahead with a church and chapel into the visitor industry... yes. A hotel church. I won't say the name of the hotel, but yours truly will be it's site pastor, and we will use technology to bring our senior pastor LIVE by video, with other elements (worship band, ushers, etc.) being live people (at least I hope they're alive! )

I'll still oversee, and work on Sunday afternoons with, our Levite ministry (the guys who faithfully set up and take down the church), but the rest of my weekends promise to be action-packed!

This is yet another step ahead for myself and what is in my future. I'm stoked. Scared out of my pants, but stoked. Here we go!
