Please thoroughly read and understand the rules and guidelines within this packet. Inside is critical information needed to enter the show. Failure to follow these rules and guidelines may result in being unable to show your vehicle or ejection from the event. Mandatory items you will need for the day are a drip pan/cardboard and one form of picture identification. On the last page of the Entrant Packet, you will find a list of “Quick Instructions” you may print out as a checklist and reference. We also suggest familiarizing yourself with the included maps and layouts.

If you've already registered your vehicle, there is no need to re-register!

Show Placement within your designated section will be given on a “first come, first serve” basis. There is a possibility that if you show up too late for entry and setup, there may not be enough room to support you due to complications with layout, size of vehicles, and unforeseen circumstances.  The chances of this happening are minimal as we have mapped out the entire layout by the foot, but we just want to be prepared.

We cannot guarantee your entry and we sincerely apologize for that. We have had an overwhelming response for the show this year, with over 160 vehicles entered and it is unfortunate that we needed to cut over 50 entries from the show. If we are unable to fit you within the grounds, we invite you to park in one of the nearest ATM parking locations, and pick up a free t-shirt at the nearest OMAC booth for your trouble. Again, we sincerely apologize.

For those of you that did not get selected, we sincerely apologize, but space was a severe premium this year! We do appreciate your support for the show and invite you to come down and help support the efforts to raise awareness of our motorsports community's plight!
