no problem with this. the committee will be given a year to look into the feasibility of such a program. the article states that even if all avenues are satisfied it would take at least three years for the program to be up and running!

ha ha...now the military is joining in...they are considering basing possibly up to 3 superferry type ships in Hawaii.

It'll be hillarious if the Military gets to use superferry type ships...but the State could not.
