Witnesses Blame Racing For Fatal Crash - Honolulu News Story - KITV Honolulu

You would think people would learn...but this is the dumbest thought ever...people will never learn...never listen...until its too late.

So a stupid 20 year old racing a Honda Accord slams into another car and kills an 11 year old kid. And of course he does this while being DRUNK.

STUPID...DRUNK...RACING...MURDERER...a horrible combination. Take the F**KING TAXI HOME...or sleep in your parked car and go home the next morning....or call someone to pick you up...or anything BUT racing drunk and murdering a kid.

he better get more than the usual slap on the wrist that our criminal (in)justice system metes out.

either that, or just let him go on bail and let the families of the victims take care of him.

not justifying the drunk driver/racer but why was the boy ejected? had the parents made sure the boy wore his seat belt, he probably wouldn't be dead.

iirc, the news said that none of the people involved were wearing seatbelts.

on the other site, someone posted that the family wasn't wearing seatbelts b/c they were turning into their driveway or something to that effect.

They hate child-killers...rapists...lowest of the low. I watch alot of MSNBC Lockdown...and you don't want to be a child killer in prison. They have a "code" of sorts...not morals, but definetly a pecking order.

Maybe they should put it out there that this type of shit happens in jail. That way ppl who do that kinda shit won't be so willing to go to jail and will either just kill themselves or not do the crime in the first place.

We really need to toss out death penalty more in this country.

Especially the criminals that killed, harmed or sexually abused/harassed children. They are the lowest of the low.
