As an entrant of the 2010 OMAC Build The Track! Motorsports Show, I agree to hereby hold harmless the organizers, sponsors and participants of the “2010 OMAC Build The Track! Motorsports Show” from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding same event. I agree to abide by all standards and rules set forth by the organizers and sponsors of same event. In addition, I allow the “OMAC Build The Track! Motorsports Show”and selected sponsors photo rights of my vehicle taken at the event for use in any form or manner. I understand and accept all rules and claim by my submission that all the above information is correct and understand that any false information submitted will hold myself accountable and noone else. I must agree to this disclaimer or my vehicle will not be considered for entrance to the aforementioned show.

Due to the limited amount of space available at the Aloha Tower Marketplace, vehicle display space is not guaranteed. All vehicles will be pre-selected from the list of available entrants and informed of the proper roll-in guidelines and times. Current setup time is set at 6AM, but this is apt to change. We ask that all entrants check their email and the OMAC discussion forum regularly for updated information regarding setup procedures. If your vehicle is not in place and ready to go by 10AM on June 19th, 2010 at Aloha Tower Marketplace, you will not be included within the show. It is highly advised for entrants to show up early. Entrants to be placed within the "mini-car show" area within the terminal are authorized to setup their vehicle in "show style", for example, opening trunks, doors, etc. and will be allowed to have ground effects such as mirrors, lights, etc. Music is allowed, but must be kept at a minimal level and if asked by organizers to turn it down, must comply. Security will be provided, but it is recommended to stay within the area after setup in case of any mishap or to prevent spectators from tampering with your vehicle. Tear down will begin at 5PM, same day, and any vehicles not removed before 7PM will be charged valet service by the Tower.

It is MANDATORY that all vehicles supply their own drip pan for their vehicle...carboard may be used in place of a drip pan if necessary.

All entrants receive 1 Goodie Bag & 1 Official Build The Track! Motorsports Show T-Shirt, plus a set of BTT Stickers. Due to a large amount of requests offered last year, we are now offering additional shirts for a donation of $10. All proceeds will go back into the show and will help greatly.
