Registration for the July 4th Pearl Harbor Show N' Shine
In order to submit your vehicle for participation in the upcoming July 4th Pearl Harbor Show N' Shine! Show, please fill out ALL information and submit your vehicle. If you'd like to better your chances to getting your vehicle in the show, then upload a photo to the gallery as well with your full name attached at the provided link.

You do NOT have to be be an HT member to register your vehicle!

As an entrant of the July 4th Pearl Harbor Show N' Shine sponsored by the Oahu Motorsports Advisory Council, I agree to hereby hold harmless the organizers, sponsors and participants of the “July 4th Pearl Harbor Show N' Shine” from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding same event. I agree to abide by all standards and rules set forth by the organizers and sponsors of same event. In addition, I allow the “July 4th Pearl Harbor Show N' Shine” and selected sponsors photo rights of my vehicle taken at the event for use in any form or manner. I understand and accept all rules and claim by my submission that all the above information is correct and understand that any false information submitted will hold myself accountable and noone else. I must agree to this disclaimer or my vehicle will not be considered for entrance to the aforementioned show.

Due to the limited amount of space available at the July 4th Pearl Harbor Show N' Shine, vehicle display space is not guaranteed. All vehicles will be pre-selected from the list of available entrants and informed of the proper roll-in guidelines and times. Current setup time is set at 10AM, but this is apt to change. We ask that all entrants check their email and the July 4th Pearl Harbor Show N' Shine discussion forum regularly for updated information regarding setup procedures. If your vehicle is not in place and ready to go by 1PM on July 4th, 2010 at the July 4th Pearl Harbor Show N' Shine, you will not be included within the show. It is highly advised for entrants to show up early. Security will be provided, but it is recommended to stay within the area after setup in case of any mishap or to prevent spectators from tampering with your vehicle. Tear down will begin at 9:30PM on July 4th.

In accordance with security requirements of Naval Station Pearl Harbor, all participants are required to submit their full name, birthdate, drivers license and state to the event coordinator no later than June 25th. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone else, will be kept confidential, and will only be used for the aforementioned purpose.

Please ensure you submit your $10 entry fee to the following link after submission. Entries not used will be refunded fully. All entries accepted will be refunded through a $10 Food Voucher. This is done to ensure complete participation on the day of the show.

FINALLY, if you intend to have anyone else come with you onto the base, we will need their full name and driver's license numbers. Children under 18 accompanied by their parents, only need to submit their names (parents still need to submit both). Please include their Full Names & Driver's License Numbers in the Additional Comments section.
