Anybod know where I can find 12th scale GTP bodies? Preferably the Group 44 Jags, Castrol XJR-9 Jags or the Budlight Jags. Or Porsche 962, Nissan, Mazda, Le Mans bodies, etc.

Are these bodies still available?

Mcallister has the Buick Hawk and the Intrepid GTP bodies.

Hobbietat has the Corvetter GTP and TOJ bodies.

I would like to go, but got no dough. Vacation slot for that time already taken.

I don't think anyone is making those anymore. The best looking ones of the above were 1/10th scale like the Budlight Jag and the Andy's Porsche 962s. The nicer 1/12th scale ones I recall were the AE Toyota and the Nissan GTP (can't remember who made that). Bolink had a 962 which originally I liked..until I saw the Andy's 1/10th 962s.

However there is a fairly nice LMP body that one guy has been molding on his own. You can find his auctions on ebay. I got one and it's pretty nice considering...it would look a lot nicer if it fit lower on the car but that is really difficult given the height of the wheels. I think I may get another to mess with and mount the wing differently...I'm not real happy witht he way the wing is mounted currently.

Newest development is I'll be back in July. I'll confirm tomorrow at work and if so, I'll register for 13.5 Rubber and buy an open-ended ticket.

Just got done building one of the very few Tamiya F104s in the country.
Now if I only could find someone to drive it for me at the Aloha Tower Race.......

HELP!!!

My Tekin RS won't calibrate. After turning on transmitter and RS, the lights are very, very, very dim, no chimes. After pressing the mode button for 3 seconds, nothing, no lights, no chimes. Steering servo works fine

Don't think I've run into that issue...have you tried a system reset on the RS? Also I'd suggest the Tekin forums or the Tekin thread on RC Tech. The Tekin ppl answer often on those forums.

OK adjusted neutral width to 10, that seems to work and could calibrate RS to radio. Then found out needed to reverse throttle servo on radio. Seems to be working OK. What is your neutral width? Also could you download latest firmware for me into HotWire. Unalbe to do, will still try.
